Board Resolution No. 146/2008 Approving the Central Bank of Bolivia's 2009 Service Commission and Fine Tables
The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia approves the 2009 Service Commission and Fine Tables, which enter into force on January 2, 2009. This resolution revokes Board Resolutions No. 152/2007 and No. 033/2008, along with any contrary provisions. The approved tables establish specific fees for international transfers, foreign trade operations, and treasury services, as well as monetary fines for delays in remittance delivery, insufficient funds in BCB securities acquisitions, and non-compliance with information reporting requirements.
