Resolution 152/2007 Approving Fee and Fine Tables for 2008
The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia approves the 2008 Fee Table and Fine Table, which enter into force on January 2, 2008. This resolution revokes previous resolutions 096/2006, 012/2007, and 119/2007, establishing specific commission rates for international transfers, letters of credit, and monetary operations, as well as fixed fines for service suspensions, information delays, and fund insufficiencies for financial entities.
