Board Resolution No. 173/2014
The Central Bank of Bolivia approves modifications to the financial conditions of Credit Contract SANO No. 179/2011 with the Bolivian Mining Corporation (COMIBOL) for the Lithium Battery Pilot Plant Phase III project. The resolution extends the capital grace period to seven years and the interest grace period to three and a half years, while increasing the interest rate from 0.80% to 0.84% effective December 11, 2014. Principal repayments begin on December 10, 2018, with accrued interest for the grace period paid in a single lump sum on that date. COMIBOL is required to pay interest accrued in the second half of 2014 by December 10, 2014, and the Bank President is authorized to sign the corresponding contract addendum.
