Board Resolution No. 83 A Registering Rules of Actina Investment Fund
The Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Board Resolution No. 83 A on May 20, 2025, to formally register the rules of the Actina Interval, Non-Public, Contractual Investment Fund. This regulatory action responds to applications submitted by TD Capital LLC on April 22 and May 14, 2025, following a positive conclusion from the Licensing and Supervision Committee. The resolution becomes effective upon registration with TD Capital LLC or the day following its delivery to an authorized representative of the company.
