Through the aforementioned circular letter, instructions were provided to follow specific guidelines for the appointment of an officer/employee of one bank to another bank, in order to prevent activities contrary to discipline in the use of human resources in the banking sector.3. Currently, with the aim of harmonizing the applicable time limit for resolving allegations of involvement in activities contrary to discipline against officers/employees of various banks with the Bangladesh Labor Rules, 2015, paragraph no. 02 (b) of BRPD Circular Letter No. 06, dated 04 May 2005, is replaced as follows:"b) If any disciplinary case is pending against an officer/employee, the case shall be resolved within 02 (two) months as per service rules."4. Furthermore, other instructions in the aforementioned circular letter shall remain unchanged.5. This instruction is issued under the powers conferred by Section 45 of the Bank-Company Act, 1991.6.
