BRPD Circular Letter No. 07: Name change of South Bangla Agriculture and Commerce Bank Ltd to SBAC Bank PLC
Bangladesh Bank has officially changed the name of South Bangla Agriculture and Commerce Bank Ltd to SBAC Bank PLC in the list of scheduled banks, effective Wednesday, January 31, 2024, pursuant to Section 11C(a) of the Companies Act, 1994. This notice serves to inform all scheduled banks operating in Bangladesh of the name change and includes a copy of the relevant notification (BRPD(LS-1)/745(68)/2024-986) for their information and necessary action.
