CL-2026-031: Change of Corporate Name of the Rural Bank of Batac, Inc. to Chosen Bank (A Rural Bank), Inc.
The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas authorized the Rural Bank of Batac, Inc. to change its corporate name to Chosen Bank (A Rural Bank), Inc. on 23 April 2025. The Securities and Exchange Commission subsequently approved the Amended Articles of Incorporation reflecting this new name on 30 April 2026. This circular letter serves to inform all BSP-supervised financial institutions of the completed name change for guidance purposes.
