In accordance with the provision of Section 11C(a) of the Companies Act, 1994, the Bangladesh Bank has changed the name of 'BRAC Bank Limited' to 'BRAC Bank PLC' (in English: BRAC Bank PLC) in the list of Scheduled Banks with effect from 23 Ashwin 1430 corresponding to 08 October 2023, which was a Tuesday.
