Regarding "Modification of Policy regarding establishments of business center by Banks".

Reference is invited to BRPD Circular No.-18, dated 29/11/2012 issued on the subject mentioned above. With the amendment to paragraph 1(g)(3) of BRPD Circular No.-18, dated 29/11/2012, branches established in all metropolitan areas/city corporations and 'A' and 'B' class municipalities shall be considered as 'City Branches', and branches established in all 'C' class municipalities and union areas shall be considered as 'Rural Branches'.
