Reference is invited to BRPD Circular No. 16, dated 18 July 2022, on the subject matter.
In order to provide further clarification on the instructions mentioned in the said circular and to ensure its proper implementation, the following text is substituted for Section 4(2)(c) of the circular:
"In the case of rescheduling of short-term agricultural loans and loans distributed to cottage and micro-enterprises, the maximum term shall be 3 years for the 1st time and 2 years and 6 months for the 2nd and subsequent times."
