The Central Bank of Jordan amends Item (First/A) of Circular No. 10/1/11084 to extend the maximum duration for debt restructuring from eight to ten years. Licensed banks may now exceed the previous limit if the extension facilitates customers in meeting financial burdens, provided that the bank's approved credit policy debt burden ratios are not exceeded. This amendment applies to facilities granted, scheduled, or restructured on or after the date of the circular.
