BRPD Circular Letter No. 62: Name change of AB Bank Ltd to AB Bank PLC
The Bangladesh Bank officially changes the name of AB Bank Ltd to AB Bank PLC in the list of scheduled banks, effective Monday, 27 November 2023. This change is implemented in accordance with Section 11C(a) of the Companies Act, 1994. The notification, bearing reference number BRPD(LS-1)/745(12)/2023-10188, is issued under the authority granted by Section 37(2)(p) of the Bangladesh Bank Order, 1972.
