In accordance with the provisions of Section 11A(a) of the Companies Act, 1994, Bangladesh Bank has changed the name of 'Bengal Commercial Bank Limited' to 'Bengal Commercial Bank PLC.' (in English 'Bengal Commercial Bank PLC.') in the list of scheduled banks, effective from Tuesday, 28 November 2023, corresponding to 13 Agrahayan 1430.
