Bulletin 2009-7: Withdrawal of Filing Procedures for Life Insurance and Annuity Advertisements
The Oregon Insurance Division issued Bulletin INS 2009-7 to withdraw Bulletin INS 2009-6 regarding filing procedures for life insurance and annuity advertisements. This action resolves conflicting information between the previous bulletin and the Transmittal and Product Standards for Life and Annuity Advertisements. The withdrawal takes effect immediately and directs insurers to current filing instructions available on the Department of Consumer and Business Services website.
