The Connecticut Department of Banking solicits written comments on a check cashing service license application filed by The Pawn Palace LLC, requiring submissions within ten days. The Banking Commissioner entered a Consent Order prohibiting Aviv Michael Hen from effecting Connecticut securities sales, opening new options or margin accounts for non-accredited investors, and maintaining discretionary accounts for three years due to unethical practices. Additionally, a Notice of Intent to Deny Registration as an Agent was issued against Phil Eckstein based on prior insurance department sanctions involving the sale of a non-existent annuity and misappropriation of customer funds.
