The Commissioner approved the conversion of First Connecticut Bancorp, Inc. from a mutual holding company to a capital stock holding company and authorized the establishment of Farmington Holdings, Inc. as a subsidiary. The Commissioner also issued a notice of intent not to disapprove the acquisition of 100% of Farmington Bank by Farmington Holdings, Inc. and First Connecticut Bancorp, Inc. Additionally, the Commissioner revoked the consumer collection agency license of Falcon Properties LLC for failing to maintain a surety bond and issued notices of intent to revoke licenses or impose penalties against Regent Asset Management Solutions North America, LLC, Anderson, Crenshaw & Associates, L.L.C., and Dennis Scott Carruthers for licensing violations.
