The Connecticut Department of Banking announces branch activity applications for Farmington Bank and the opening of a Torrington Savings Bank branch. The Commissioner entered into consent orders requiring Anilom Mortgage Corporation to pay a $2,000 civil penalty for unlicensed mortgage loan originators and Security Debt Services Inc. to pay a $3,000 penalty for unlicensed debt negotiation. Additionally, a temporary cease and desist order and summary suspension were issued against Champion Credit Services, LLC for failing to provide requested examination records.
