The organizers of Sachem Bank in Madison, Connecticut, withdrew their application to organize the bank, which was originally filed on November 26, 2008. This withdrawal occurred on September 8, 2011, pursuant to Section 36a-70 of the Connecticut General Statutes. The Connecticut Department of Banking solicits written comments regarding this action, which must be received within ten days of the bulletin's date.
