The Connecticut Department of Banking approved the relocation of State Police Credit Union, Inc.'s main office and the check-cashing license for Free Enterprise Partners LLC. The Department imposed a $5,000 civil penalty on Champion Credit Services, LLC for failing to provide required files during an examination. Additionally, the Department ordered Loan Solutions, LLC to cease and desist from unlicensed debt negotiation and pay a $10,000 penalty, while fining John Thomas Financial $20,000 and requiring customer reimbursements for inaccurate handling fee disclosures.
