Bulletin 2490 - Nov. 11, 2011

The Connecticut Department of Banking grants Liberty Bank intent not to disapprove for a new branch in New Britain and approves State Police Credit Union's relocation. The Commissioner issues a temporary cease and desist order against Allied Home Mortgage Corporation due to financial incapacity and enters consent orders with Daniel Quentin Humphrey, Finity Financial Group, Oasis Properties I, LLC, Waterford Loan Fund, LLC, and Newbridge Securities Corporation for securities violations. These orders impose a five-year bar on Humphrey, require $1,500 in fines and fees from Oasis Properties, and mandate restitution and a $10,000 fine from Newbridge Securities.
