The Connecticut Department of Banking solicits written public comments on branch activity applications filed by Farmington Bank and Naugatuck Savings Bank. Comments must be submitted in writing to Banking Commissioner Howard F. Pitkin within ten days of the bulletin's date. The notice also reiterates that plans detailing community banking needs are available for public inspection for 30 days under Connecticut General Statutes Section 36a-145.
