The Connecticut Department of Banking approved the merger of Enbic Company Employees Credit Union, Inc. into 360 Federal Credit Union. Liberty Bank filed an application to open a limited branch in Middletown, subject to a 30-day public comment period. The Commissioner entered into consent orders requiring Luna’s Pay A Bill, LLC and Golden State Debt Management Corp. to each pay a $3,000 civil penalty for operating without required licenses. Additionally, CU Member Services, LLC was ordered to surrender its Connecticut consumer collection agency license for failing to maintain a required surety bond.
