The Connecticut Department of Banking granted Quinnipiac Bank & Trust Company approval to relocate its main office in Hamden. The Commissioner issued notices of intent to impose civil penalties and cease and desist orders against Madison, Monroe & Associates P.A. for unlicensed debt negotiation and M&G Mortgage Services Inc. and its principals for licensing and misrepresentation violations. Additionally, a consent order required Debt Relief Servicing LLC to pay a $5,000 civil penalty and refund fees collected from Connecticut residents since October 1, 2009.
