Bulletin 2530 - August 17, 2012
Mutual Security Credit Union, Inc. and The Greater Norwalk Area Credit Union, Inc. withdrew their application for the merger of the latter into the former. The applications were originally filed with the Banking Commissioner on June 5, 2012, pursuant to Section 36a-468a of the Connecticut General Statutes. The withdrawal occurred on August 13 and 14, 2012, respectively.
