CREDIT UNION ACTIVITY
Withdrawal of Application

On August 13, 2012, and August 14, 20012, respectively, Mutual Security Credit Union, Inc. , Shelton, Connecticut, and The Greater Norwalk Area Credit Union, Inc. , Norwalk, Connecticut, withdrew their application for the merger of The Greater Norwalk Area Credit Union, Inc. , with and into Mutual Security Credit Union, Inc. , which was filed with the Banking Commissioner on June 5, 2012, pursuant to Section 36a-468a of the Connecticut General Statutes.
