The Connecticut Department of Banking publishes the official 2013 state holidays and solicits written comments on pending applications within ten days. The Commissioner approved Bessemer Trust Company, N.A. to establish a de novo limited trust representative office in Greenwich, Connecticut. Enforcement actions include a cease and desist order and a $100,000 civil penalty against Madison, Monroe & Associates P.A. for unlicensed debt negotiation and non-cooperation. Additionally, licenses were revoked for Coastal Finance, LLC and William W. Siegel & Associates, Attorneys at Law, LLC due to failures to maintain required surety bonds.
