The Connecticut Department of Banking approves a Loan Production Office for the Savings Bank of Danbury in Stamford. The Commissioner entered into Consent Orders requiring Globo Envios, Inc. to pay a $10,000 civil penalty and Intercontinental Capital Group, Inc. to pay a $2,500 penalty while filing overdue reports. Additionally, the Commissioner issued an Order Refusing to Renew the Check Cashing Service License for Envios Gomez, LLC, and a Notice of Intent to Refuse to Renew licenses for Ace’s Check Cashing due to failures in submitting required financial statements.
