Liberty Bank filed an application to establish a branch at 60 North Main Street in Southington, Connecticut, while Bank of England filed to establish a loan production office in Norwalk. The Commissioner issued a Notice of Automatic Suspension and intent to revoke the debt adjuster license of Credit Counseling Solutions, Inc., for failing to maintain a required surety bond. Additionally, an Order to Cease and Desist and a $100,000 civil penalty were imposed on New Path Financial for engaging in debt negotiation without a required license.
