The merger of The Greater Norwalk Area Credit Union, Inc. with NEA Federal Credit Union was approved. Thomas Landis and Miracle Financial, Inc. received notices of automatic suspension, temporary cease and desist orders, and intent to revoke licenses for failing to maintain required surety bonds. 1st New England Mortgage Corporation and ISB Mortgage Co. received notices of intent to issue cease and desist orders and impose civil penalties for failing to file required information on the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.
