The Connecticut Department of Banking issued notices of intent to issue cease and desist orders and impose civil penalties against seven mortgage lending entities for failing to timely file required annual or quarterly information on the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry. The affected respondents are Classic Mortgage LLC, O’Connor Music Company, Inc, On Deck Mortgage Services LLC, Polaris Funding Group LLC, Skyline Mortgage LLC, Thomson Mortgage Services LLC, and Turnkey Financial Services LLC. The notices allege violations of Section 36a-534b(c)(3) of the Connecticut General Statutes and afford the respondents an opportunity to request a hearing within ten days of the bulletin's publication.
