The Connecticut Department of Banking approved Rockville Bank’s new branch in Glastonbury and granted Berkshire Bank no objection to relocating its West Hartford branch. LYC Mortgage and New View Mortgage each paid a $2,500 civil penalty under consent orders for failing to timely file annual mortgage call reports. The Commissioner issued notices of intent to cease and desist and impose penalties against Ryan Mortgage for late NMLS filings, and issued temporary cease and desist orders and summary suspensions against Global Money Remittance and InterTransfers for unsafe money transmission practices and failure to notify regulators of other state actions.
