The Connecticut Department of Banking solicits written public comments on The Guilford Savings Bank's application to relocate its branch from 634 Boston Post Road to 589 Boston Post Road in Madison, CT, with comments due within ten days. The Department also issued an Order to Make Restitution, Notice of Intent to Revoke and Refuse to Renew Consumer Collection Agency License, and Notice of Intent to Impose Civil Penalty against HOVG, LLC d/b/a Bay Area Credit Service, LLC for violations of Connecticut consumer credit laws. The Respondent was ordered to promptly refund all charges and fees paid by Connecticut consumer debtors that could not be legally added to claims.
