The Connecticut Department of Banking lists pending applications for branch openings by Rockville Bank and Connex Credit Union, as well as filed check-cashing service license applications by FRPB II, LLC. The Commissioner entered a Consent Order with Liberty Credit Law P.C., requiring the repayment of fees to a Connecticut resident and the payment of a $500 civil penalty for unlicensed debt negotiation activity. Additionally, a Consent Order was entered with Salt Wall Trading, Inc. and Drew R. Fraser, barring Fraser from Connecticut securities business for seven years and ordering the cessation of violations related to the sale of unregistered securities.
