The Connecticut Department of Banking issued enforcement actions against Javier Gutierrez d/b/a Home Affordable Direct Inc, Arrowhead Investment, Inc., and Law Offices of Timothy McCabe, P.A. for operating without required licenses and imposing civil penalties of $100,000 against Arrowhead and McCabe, while ordering restitution from all three entities. Additionally, notices of intent to issue cease and desist orders and impose civil penalties were issued against Great Western Financial Services, Inc., 1st American Home Loans, LLC, Gen2 Mortgage Services LLC, Intercontinental Capital Group, Inc., KWIK MORTGAGE CORPORATION, New Milford Mortgage Company, LLC, On Deck Mortgage Services LLC, and Polaris Funding Group, LLC for failing to timely file required information on the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.
