The Connecticut Department of Banking published branch application filings for United Bank in Glastonbury and Sikorsky Financial Credit Union in Ansonia, while correcting a prior error regarding Signature Bank's status and noting its new de novo branch application in Greenwich. In enforcement actions, the Commissioner imposed a $100,000 civil penalty and cease-and-desist order on American Liberty Loan Consultants for unlicensed debt negotiation, issued a notice of intent to penalize Chrysalis Funding of Connecticut for reporting violations, and accepted the license surrender of Pellettieri Group LLC. Additionally, an order to cease and desist and notice of intent to fine were issued against Orion Capital LLC and Herman Wayne Gibson for offering unregistered securities and making misleading statements.
