The Connecticut Department of Banking entered into Consent Orders with Cardinal Financial, PMAC Lending, American Equity Mortgage, and Landmark Mortgage, imposing civil penalties of $500 or $2,500 for violations regarding branch address filings and mortgage call report submissions.
