The Commissioner approved the name change of Darien Rowayton Bank to DRB Bank. US Loan Solutions Company was ordered to cease and desist from unlicensed debt negotiation and pay a $100,000 civil penalty, while a prior restitution order remains in effect. Transfer Services Inc., Lawson Financial LLC, Sabrina Rafo, Brian C. Solomon, and John Ortega were issued temporary cease and desist orders and notices of intent to impose penalties for engaging in unlicensed debt negotiation, with orders to make restitution to affected Connecticut residents.
