The Connecticut Department of Banking approved Chelsea Groton Bank's establishment of a loan production office in Glastonbury and accepted a filing from The Simsbury Bank & Trust Company, Inc. for a loan production office in Mansfield, Massachusetts. In enforcement actions, Real Estate Law Center, P.C. entered a consent order to repay $450 for offering unlicensed debt negotiation services, while Reliance First Capital, LLC paid a $500 civil penalty for failing to update its branch address with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.
