The Connecticut Department of Banking solicits public comments on branch applications filed by Farmington Bank and The Milford Bank, with a ten-day deadline for written submissions. The Department entered into Consent Orders requiring Karen Elizabeth Karker and Real Estate Alternative Lending, LLC to cease unlicensed mortgage activities, and ordering Michael R.
