The Connecticut Department of Banking solicits written public comments within ten days regarding branch applications filed by Farmington Bank and Dime Bank. The Commissioner issued a Notice of Intent to Issue an Order to Cease and Desist and impose a civil penalty against Bridgepoint Mortgage LLC for failing to file required annual information on the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry. Additionally, the Commissioner approved the acquisition of Citizens National Bancorp, Inc. by ESB Bancorp, Inc., and the subsequent merger of The Citizens National Bank into Easthampton Savings Bank.
