The Connecticut Department of Banking solicits written public comments regarding applications filed by Farmington Bank and Newtown Savings Bank to establish loan production offices in Farmington and Trumbull, respectively. Additionally, the Department reviews an application by The First Bank of Greenwich to organize First Greenwich Financial, Inc. as a bank holding company that will acquire all outstanding shares of the bank. Written comments must be submitted to Banking Commissioner Jorge L. Perez within ten days of the bulletin's date.
