The Connecticut Department of Banking approved Farmington Bank applications to establish branches in Vernon and Manchester. The Commissioner issued enforcement actions against multiple entities for unlicensed debt negotiation and mortgage reporting violations, including a $100,000 civil penalty against Home Tech Group, LLC, a $4,500 penalty against Ryan Mortgage, LLC, and restitution orders against Pullin Law Firm, P.C. and Town and Country Acceptance Corporation. Additionally, a correction was made to a previously published entry regarding East West Bank's approved loan production office in East Berlin.
