The Connecticut Department of Banking solicits written public comments within ten days regarding branch activity applications filed by The First Bank of Greenwich and The Simsbury Bank & Trust Company. Additionally, the Department notes a request by Connex Credit Union, Inc. to amend its bylaws to include Fairfield County within its field of membership. Comments must be submitted in writing to Banking Commissioner Jorge L. Perez.
