The Connecticut Department of Banking approved branch applications for Newtown Savings Bank in Trumbull and Farmington Bank in Branford. The Commissioner revoked the consumer collection agency licenses of Dynamic Recovery Services, Inc. and Prestige Collection LLC for failing to maintain required surety bonds and ordered them to cease and desist. Additionally, a notice of automatic suspension and intent to revoke the license was issued against Richard J. Boudreau & Associates, LLC for similar bond violations.
