The Connecticut Department of Banking solicits public comments on Farmington Bank's application to open a branch at 85 Elm Street in West Springfield, MA, and PB Bancorp, Inc.'s community reinvestment plan related to Putnam Bank's reorganization. Additionally, the Commissioner entered into consent orders requiring Northland Group, Inc. to pay a $7,500 civil penalty for operating as an unlicensed consumer collection agency, and Reliant Account Management entities to pay a $5,000 penalty and refund fees for unlicensed money transmission.
