United Collections Recovery, LLC must refund $2,590.02 and other collected funds for unlicensed collection activities, and MCM Holdings, Inc. faces license revocation for failing to designate a qualified individual. In securities matters, Floridel, LLC agreed to cease violations with a temporary stay on restitution, and Carolyn Settzo paid a $3,800 fine and $1,200 in registration fees for acting as an unregistered investment adviser.
