The Connecticut Department of Banking approves branch activities for Farmington Bank, United Bank, and Liberty Bank, including the opening of a loan production office and a branch consolidation. Additionally, the Commissioner entered into a Consent Order with Intercap Lending Inc. for failing to update its main office address with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry and to provide a corresponding surety bond endorsement. As part of this order, Intercap Lending Inc. paid a $500 civil penalty for violating Section 36a-490(b) of the Connecticut General Statutes.
