The Connecticut Department of Banking publishes branch activity applications and notices, including the opening of a full-service branch by Simsbury Bank & Trust and the relocation of a United Bank branch. In enforcement actions, the Commissioner issued a Notice of Intent Not to Renew a mortgage broker license to Quinstreet Media, Inc. for lacking a qualified individual, and accepted a Consent Order from Equity 4 U, Inc., which paid a $50,000 civil penalty for unlicensed money transmission and debt adjustment. Additionally, the Commissioner revoked Halcyon Cabot Partners, Ltd.'s broker-dealer registration, issued an Order to Cease and Desist with a Notice of Intent to Fine against Entertainment Only, LLC for selling unregistered securities, and filed Notices of Intent to Deny registration against Harbor Vista Wealth Management LLC and Robert Neil Tricarico for misleading filings and unregistered securities offerings.
