The Connecticut Department of Banking approves the relocation of First County Bank's Westport branch, the opening of a full-service branch by Thomaston Savings Bank, and a loan production office by Newtown Savings Bank. The department also issues a notice of intent not to disapprove a branch application for Sikorsky Financial Credit Union. Additionally, a consent order requires Rockingham Capital Advisors LLC and its managing member to cease unregistered investment advisory activities and pay $5,160 in fines and fees.
