The Connecticut Department of Banking announces that SunTrust Bank withdrew its application to establish a loan production office in Greenwich. The Royal Bank of Scotland plc filed an application to establish a representative office in Stamford. Nutmeg State Financial Credit Union received approval to open a full-service branch in West Hartford. Additionally, the Commissioner issued an Order of Summary Suspension and Temporary Order to Cease and Desist against M.A.D. Collection Agency, LLC for alleged violations of consumer collection agency laws.
