The Department of Banking approved a full-service branch for Nutmeg State Financial Credit Union in Orange, CT, and authorized the merger of East Hartford Federal Credit Union into America's First Network Credit Union, which includes expanding AFNCU's field of membership. WorldBusiness Capital, Inc. filed an application for a license as an international trade and investment corporation. Additionally, the Commissioner entered into consent orders with Patriot Financial, Inc. and M.A.D. Collection Agency, LLC, requiring compliance plans and license surrenders respectively due to violations of Connecticut General Statutes.
